Stations of the Cross

Meg and Sarah participated in the Stations of the Cross this year for Easter. It was quite a moving performance as all the stations are done by the teens, silently and in the "mime" costume. The stations are read by a narrator and the church is dark and so reverent. That is our sanctuary behind the girls.

Of course, then they had to get goofy! We didn't take Ellen Claire as we were afraid that SHE would be afraid! I am glad we didn't. The girls, after participating in this a most holy event, begged Karen (Sarah's mom) to let them go roll (tp) Scott the boyfriend's house. Needless to say, we both said no! Nothing against the rolling, we just don't like the idea of them having to drive furiously away to avoid being caught. If they can run, then that's another story :)
